Zadar, Višnjik Two apartment buildings, 41 residential units

The project “Teslina” included a comprehensive task of building two apartment buildings with 41 residential units in total. Energy certificate was A. The project involved location selection, preparation and earthworks, preparation of all the necessary paperwork, construction design and obtaining all the necessary permits, monitoring and supervision of construction, as well as selling individual apartments. The two buildings are connected by underground garage and each of the buildings has 5 floors.

The buildings consist of one-room, two-room and three-room apartments, all of them with a balcony or a terrace, a storage room and/or outer or garage (closed) parking space. Ground-floor apartments have a garden filled with mediterranean plants. There is a children's playgrounds on the premises and green lawns as well.

We are especially proud of the fact that our building is one of the few boasting a charging station for electrical vehicles, the most modern manner of safe waste collection and disposal in underground waste boxes, as well as grease separator used to purify waste water from traffic surfaces.

Location:

Zadar, Višnjik, Nikola Tesla Street. The premises are very attractive and often requested for the purpose of modern and urban living. All the necessary facilities, such as shops, school, kindergarten and the like are in the vicinity. Sports centre Višnjik is nearby and the house is only some fifteen minutes walk to the Peninsula (city centre).
